These Terms govern your access to and use of Desklet OS software subscriptions provided by Desklet Robotics.

Billing scope

Desklet OS is a software subscription only

Desklet OS is a cloud software platform (SaaS) sold as a monthly digital subscription. Subscriptions grant access to software features only — voice AI, memory, agents, integrations, and automation tools in your account dashboard.

  • Included in Paddle checkout: Digital software access, cloud features, account licenses, and device connection slots (software entitlements to link hardware you already own or acquire separately).
  • Not included & not sold via Paddle: Physical robots, AI devices, development kits, components, accessories, shipping, or any tangible goods. These are never bundled with, included in, or sold through Desklet OS subscription checkout.
  • Physical products: Purchased separately at store.deskletrobotics.com through a separate checkout process.

By accessing or using Desklet OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Desklet Robotics, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: hello@desklet.ai.

2. Software-only product scope

Desklet OS is sold exclusively as a digital software subscription (SaaS). Subscription fees grant access to cloud software features only. They do not include, bundle, or constitute the sale of any physical goods.

Not sold through Desklet OS subscription checkout:

  • Robots, AI devices, or desktop hardware
  • Development kits, components, or accessories
  • Shipping, fulfillment, or hardware warranty services

Physical products, if offered, are sold separately through Desklet Store at store.deskletrobotics.com under separate terms. See our Product & Billing Scope page for full details.

3. The Service

Desklet OS is a cloud software platform for configuring and operating AI companion software — including voice AI, memory, agents, integrations, and automation. Device connection slots in your plan are software entitlements to link compatible hardware to your account; they are not the purchase of hardware itself.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in PKR. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with our policies.

  • Plan limits (device connection slots, routines, features) are defined per tier.
  • Downgrades may require contacting support at hello@desklet.ai.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location and are handled at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Upload or process content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unauthorized automated traffic.

7. Your content & data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party AI providers, tools, and hardware. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Intellectual property

Desklet Robotics and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free responses from AI models, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be verified before reliance in critical decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desklet Robotics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to applicable refund rules in our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
